By means of Resolution 357/2025, published in the Official Gazette on September 24, the Secretary of Production Coordination, exercising the powers of the Secretariat of Industry and Commerce of the Ministry of Economy, ordered the repeal of a wide range of resolutions and regulatory provisions issued within the scope of said Enforcement Authority.
The measure aims to modernize and simplify the regulations issued in this area in accordance with the objectives of Law No. 27,742 on Bases and Starting Points for the Freedom of Argentines and DNU No. 70/2023. The aim is to reduce the administrative and bureaucratic burden and eliminate the overlap and dispersion of regulations in order to update the regulations and guarantee legal certainty for the parties involved.
