By means of Resolution S.I.y C. No. 111/2025, the Secretariat of Industry and Commerce (B.O. 28.04.25) complemented and regulated certain aspects of Decree No. 33/2025, dated January 15, No. 111/202, whereby as from April 29 of this year, the provisions of the aforementioned decree on dumping, subsidies and safeguards come into full force and effect.
