Through Resolution 44/2025 (B.O. 08-27-25), the Transportation Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy incorporated Amendment Circular No. 2 -CM2- (PLIEG-2025-94268263-APN-ST#MEC) to the specifications of National and International Public Tender 504-0007-LPU25 for the “Federal Concession Network – Stage 1” Project (Eastern Sections and Connection) and modified the composition of the Concessions Commission. The modifications were issued within the framework of Law 17,520 and its amendments, Law 27,742, Decree 713/2024 (Annex II) and Decree 28/2025, and included technical input from the National Roads Authority (DNV).
