Through Resolution 346/2026 (Official Gazette, March 20, 2026), the National Gas Regulatory Agency (ENARGAS) ordered the initiation of a public consultation process regarding a series of regulatory amendments related to the natural gas transmission system, within the framework of the current energy emergency and the system reconfiguration ordered by the Secretariat of Energy through Resolution 66/2026.
