The National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC), a decentralized agency under the Ministry of Economy (MECON), through Resolution 567/2025 (B.O. 27-08-25), approved the “Procedure for Information on Regular, Non-Regular, and Special Flight Operations,” while repealing ANAC Resolution 180/2019, which established the hourly feasibility regime for commercial aviation operations in Argentine territory.
The measure is issued within the framework of the amendments introduced by Article 8 of Emergency Decree 338/2025 to the Aeronautical Code, as well as in line with the process of administrative simplification and debureaucratization promoted by the national government in the area of air transport.
