Through Resolution 1.067/2025 (B.O. 28-07-25), the Ministry of Economy (MECON) formally initiated the privatization process of INTERCARGO S.A.U., in compliance with the provisions of Decree 198/2025. The measure is part of the implementation of Law 27,742, which declared the state-owned company dedicated to the provision of operational airport and ramp services in general subject to privatization. The process will be governed by Law 23,696 and will be channeled through the CONTRAT.AR platform, with the aim of selling 100% of the company’s shares within a maximum period of eight (8) months.
