Luis Antonio Montenegro joined O’Farrell in 2015 and is a member of  the Labor Law Department.

Luis Antonio Montenegro is a lawyer in the Labor Law and Intellectual Property Areas. He joined O’Farrell in 2015.

Dr. Montenegro’s practice focuses on the resolution of individual and collective labor matters, labor disputes, collective bargaining agreements with different unions. He advises companies in various sectors such as automotive, electric power and gas, insurance, airline, printing, pharmaceutical and health industry.

Specialized in Intellectual and Industrial Property, he has extensive experience in providing advice to individuals and legal entities in matters related to trademarks, patents, industrial designs and models, copyrights and new technologies.
