Fernando Reto Reynal is a lawyer member of the Labor and Employment Law Area.  He joined O’Farrell in 2018.

His practice focuses on advising companies, settling labor disputes, whether individual or collective and managing labor proceedings.

Fernando provides legal advice to companies engaged in different economic activities in Argentina, such as textile, logistics, commercial, oil, chemical and petrochemical industry, retail, security, telecommunications, gastronomy, hospitality, insurance and services industries, always in relation to labor issues, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and management of collective labor disputes.

Previously, he served as a lawyer in other important law firms.

He is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, School of Law. He completed a specialization in Labor Law and Social Security.

He is also currently taking the last course of his Master’s Degree in Labor Law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, School of Law (U.B.A.).
