Enrique Garda Olaciregui is an associate in the Corporate Law Department. He joined the firm in 2015.

Enrique’s professional career started in 1998 at the Cámara Nacional Civil y Comercial Federal of the City of Buenos Aires. Eight years later, he joined Petrobras Argentina S.A. In 2009, he became an associate of Fornieles Abogados law firm.

He specializes in foreign investments, joint ventures, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate conflicts and overall corporate counsel for local and foreign clients.

He counsels various energy, retail, medical attention, communications and technology entities on everyday corporate matters.

Enrique graduated as a lawyer from the Pontífica Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA), from which he also obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance law.

In 2019 he obtained the International Certification in Ethics and Compliance from UCEMA.
