By Resolution 78/2026 (Official Gazette, March 27, 2026), the Energy Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy approved the amendment of Article 9 of Resolution 400/2025 of the same Secretariat, in order to establish on a permanent basis that contracts entered into under the new regulatory framework of the Energy Futures Market and the Power Futures Market may be submitted to the Dispatch Authority (OED) on a monthly basis and no later than five (5) calendar days prior to their effective date.
