O’Farrell advised John Deere Credit Compañía Financiera S.A. on the issuance of Class XXI Notes under the Frequent Issuer Regime.

O’Farrell advised John Deere Credit Compañía Financiera S.A., and EGFA Abogados advised Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Banco BBVA Argentina S.A., Puente Hermanos S.A., Macro Securities S.A.U., Banco Patagonia S.A., Banco Comafi S.A., Allaria S.A., Cocos Capital S.A. and First Capital Markets S.A., as arrangers and placement agents, in the placement of the Class XXI Notes, denominated, paid in and payable in U.S. dollars, at a fixed annual nominal rate of 6%, maturing on March 28, 2029, for a total amount of US$ 35,903,000.

The Class XXI Notes were issued on September 28, 2026 under the Frequent Issuer Regime set forth in Section VI, Chapter V, Title II of the CNV Rules.

The Class XXI Notes have been authorized for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (BYMA) through the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange (BCBA) and for trading on A3 Mercados S.A. (A3).
