Con fecha 6 de Julio de 2023 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial de la República On July 6, 2023, Communication “A” 7798, issued by the Central Bank of Argentina, was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, whereby it allows, as from June 29, 2023, business organizations in which the National Government has a majority interest or in the formation of corporate decisions, to access the foreign exchange market for the formation of foreign assets for the payment of fuel or energy imports, provided that they comply with certain conditions.
