Through Resolution 64/2026 (Official Gazette, March 16, 2026), the Energy Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy approved a new information system for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) operators, along with the methodology for determining the Maximum Permitted Volume (MPV), establishing a comprehensive framework for control, administrative simplification, and regulatory alignment within the sector.
