By means of Decree 206/25, published on 03/20/25, the National Executive Power (“PEN”) instructed the National Procurement Office (“ONC”) to implement the “Information System of Co-contractors” (“SICO”) in order to unify and modernize the records of individuals or legal entities interested in participating in public procurements of goods, services, public works and concessions (Section 1).
