On June 26, 2023, General Resolution 966/2023 issued by the National Securities Commission was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic. The Resolution modifies the definition of Beneficial Ownership for purposes of adapting the agency’s regulations issued by the Financial Information Unit and other regulatory provisions referred to.
