The Argentine National Civil Aviation Authority issues new regulation for unmanned aircraft operations in compliance with the Latin American Aeronautical Regulations (LAR 100)

By Resolution No. 319/2025, the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC) approved Part 100 of the Argentine Civil Aviation Regulations (RAAC), regulation entitled “General Requirements for the Operation of Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA/RPAs)”.

This regulation is applicable to the operation of RPA/RPAs in all those areas in which the Argentine Republic exercises jurisdiction, and establishes the conditions for the registration, certification, operation and control of such aircraft.
