Through Resolution 1181/2025 (B.O. 08-19-25), the Ministry of Economy instructed the Secretariat of Energy and the Secretariat of Mining to establish the company Carboeléctrica Río Turbio Sociedad Anónima (CRT S.A.), to sign the articles of incorporation, appoint authorities, and integrate, on behalf of the National Government, the initial share capital of thirty million pesos ($ 30,000,000), as well as to carry out all necessary actions to implement the provisions of Decree 115/2025.
