The National Energy Secretariat, through Resolution No. 288/2025, published on July 8 in the Official Gazette, instructed the Wholesale Electricity Market Management Company (CAMMESA) to apply the new billing scheme for energy generated by the Yacyretá Hydroelectric Power Plant (CHY), as provided for in Resolution No. 258/2025 of June 10, 2025, issued by the Ministry of Energy.
