Through Resolution 15/2026 (Official Gazette 01/21/2026), ENARGAS ordered a public consultation on a Draft Minimum Mandatory Compliance Requirements for the incorporation of new users to the gas network service and a flowchart of the procedure, so that distributors, sub-distributors, users, and the general public can submit their opinions and proposals. The measure is effective as of 01/21/2026.
