By Resolution No. 101/2026 of the NATIONAL GAS REGULATORY AUTHORITY (ENARGAS) (Official Gazette 03/03/2026), the agency approved a new reporting procedure related to the Targeted Energy Subsidies (SEF) program applicable to the public natural gas distribution service, along with the affidavits that system providers and sub-distributors must use. The measure takes effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
