By Resolution 57/2026 of the National Communications Agency (ENACOM) (Official Gazette, February 25, 2026), the agency approved the Regulations for the Registry of Telecommunications Materials Certification Agencies, the Regulations for the Registry of Telecommunications Materials Testing Laboratories, and the List of materials subject to registration in the Registry of Telecommunications Activities and Materials (RAMATEL), with the aim of updating the system for recognizing technical entities involved in the certification, testing, and approval processes for telecommunications equipment in the Argentine Republic.
