The Ministry of Industry and Commerce, through Resolution No. 291/2025, published on July 23 in the Official Gazette, approved the shortlists for the positions within the Competition Defense Tribunal, which operates within the National Competition Authority, a body created by Law No. 27,442 as a decentralized and autonomous entity within the National Executive Branch. This marks the beginning of the replacement of the National Competition Defense Commission, created by Law 22,262, repealed by Law 27,442 through Article 80.
