Through Decree 695/2025, the National Executive Branch (PEN) authorized the procedure for opening the share capital of Nucleoeléctrica Argentina Sociedad Anónima (NASA) to private investment, under the regime of Law 23,696 and within the framework of Law 27,742. The decree designates the Ministry of Economy (MECON), with the intervention of the Temporary Special Executive Unit “Agency for the Transformation of Public Companies,” as responsible for adopting the necessary measures for its implementation. It is framed within Article 4 of Annex I of Decree 695/2024, which provides for specific authorization by the PEN before the start of the procedures.
