On November 17, 2025, Decree No. 810/2025 (hereinafter, “Decree 810/25”) was published in the Official Gazette, instructing the publication of the background information of the candidates selected to form part of the NATIONAL COMPETITION AUTHORITY and appointing its authorities on a temporary basis, all within the framework of Competition Law No. 27,442, its Regulatory Decree 480/2018, and other applicable regulations.
