The National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC), a decentralized agency under the Secretariat of Transportation of the Ministry of Economy, approved through Resolution 957/2025 a series of amendments to Parts 91, 121, and 135 of the Argentine Civil Aviation Regulations (RAAC), with the aim of adapting the regulatory framework to the modifications introduced in Part 61 and advancing in the simplification of operational, documentary, and licensing requirements, while maintaining operational safety standards.
