By means of Resolution 4/2026 (Official Gazette 01/22/2026), the National Ports and Navigation Agency (ANPyN) ordered the suspension of the authorization of the Port of Ushuaia granted by Decree No. 2404/2002 for a period of TWELVE (12) months, extendable for justified reasons, and ordered an administrative intervention in port infrastructure for the same period, with the aim of regularizing technical, operational, environmental, and safety conditions related to port operations.
