Through Decree 612/2026, published on July 20, 2026, the National Government expands and clarifies the calculation basis to be used in applying the legal cap on the contributions and payments provided for in collective bargaining agreements. Furthermore, it clarifies that contributions made by employers to labor unions are not subject to the 2% limit, provided that they are earmarked for specific purposes and managed separately, as required by Law 23,551 and its implementing regulations.
