The National Executive Branch issued Decree No. 407/2026, published in the Official Gazette on June 1, 2026, thereby regulating various provisions incorporated by the Labor Modernization Act No. 27,802.
The regulation approves Annexes I, II, and III, which form part of the decree, and introduces amendments to various existing regulatory frameworks regarding collective bargaining, labor unions, labor registration, the construction industry, agricultural work, temporary staffing agencies, and digital platforms.
It also establishes new operational guidelines for the implementation of various provisions of the Employment Contract Act No. 20,744 and Act No. 27,802.
