On April 30, 2026, the National Securities Commission (“CNV”) issued General Resolution No. 1134/2026, whereby it ordered the initiation of the “Participatory Rulemaking” procedure with respect to the draft resolution proposing the implementation of an automatic authorization regime for public offerings of open-end mutual funds.
