The General Inspectorate of Justice approved the implementation of a participatory rule-making process for the consideration of draft general resolutions and proposals to amend existing regulations. In this context, the agency also called for proposals to amend existing resolutions, particularly General Resolution IGJ No. 15/2024.
On April 23, 2026, General Resolution No. 2/2026 of the General Inspectorate of Justice was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, approving the application of the participatory rulemaking procedure for the consideration of draft general resolutions that, by virtue of their institutional relevance, regulatory impact, or public interest, so require.
