On April 15, 2026, the National Securities Commission (“CNV”) issued General Resolution No. 1129, which was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic on April 16, 2026, and introduced amendments to the regulatory framework applicable to the distribution of prospectuses, prospectus supplements, or other preliminary offering documents, in order to provide greater clarity and consistency regarding their use in various public offering scenarios.
