Through Resolution 385/2026 (Official Gazette, April 1, 2026), the National Gas Regulatory Agency (ENARGAS) announced the opening of a public consultation on the draft “Regulations for the Allocation of Firm Transmission Capacity,” along with the “Expression of Interest Form,” the “Irrevocable Offer Form,” and the “Procedure for the Allocation of Firm Transportation Capacity,” with the aim of establishing a new framework applicable to access to and the allocation of firm natural gas transportation capacity under the principle of open access.
