We are writing to inform you that, on March 5, 2026, Regulation No. 362/2026 of the Undersecretariat for Consumer Protection and Fair Trade was published in the Official Gazette. This regulation establishes the criteria, guidelines, and procedures for the implementation of the National Registry of Violators (RENAI) in the area of consumer protection.
