By Resolution 117/2026 of the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC) (Official Gazette 02/26/2026), the agency enacted amendments to the Argentine Civil Aviation Regulations (RAAC), specifically in Parts 91, 121, and 135, regarding mandatory aircraft equipment requirements, warning systems, and flight recorders. The measure aims to update the regulatory framework regarding operational safety, aligning national regulations with international technical standards and with the recommended practices of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
