The Energy Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy established, through Resolution 25/2026, the minimum purchase prices for bioethanol produced from sugarcane and corn, intended for mandatory blending with gasoline, applicable to transactions carried out during the month of February 2026, within the framework of the Biofuels Regulatory Framework approved by Law 27,640.
