Resolution 23/2026 of the Energy Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy (Official Gazette, January 30, 2026) establishes the “Uniform Annual Price” (PAU) for natural gas to be passed on to end users under existing supply contracts or agreements entered into under the Gas Plan. Ar, for consumption during the year 2026. The regulation provides that the PAU is set forth in the Annex to the resolution and must be reflected in the rate schedules published by ENARGAS.
