On February 25, 2026, the National Securities Commission (“CNV”) issued General Resolution No. 1113, which resolved to introduce a specific reporting regime for futures and options contract transactions, stating the purpose of promoting access to complete, timely, and standardized information on the open positions of certain market participants and the total open interest of such instruments.
