Through Resolution ENACOM 3/2026 (B.O. 01/19/2026), the National Communications Agency (ENACOM) approved a Payment Facility Scheme aimed at regularizing financial obligations owed by licensees and authorized providers of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Services. The measure is issued within the framework of Law 27,078 and the agency’s intervention scheme established by Decree 89/2024 and its successive extensions, and is effective as of 01/19/2026.
