By means of Decree 23/2026 (Official Gazette 10/01/26), the National Executive Branch approved the Model Loan Agreement to be entered into between the Argentine Republic and the Andean Development Corporation (CAF), for an amount of up to four hundred million US dollars (USD 400,000,000), intended to finance the “Broad Sectoral Approach Program (SWAP) to Support the Sustainability of the Energy Sector.”
