Through Resolution 1/2026 (Official Gazette 08/01/26), the National Ports and Navigation Agency (“ANPyN”) established a discount on the toll rate for the section between Section 0.0 and Section 1.2 of the Martín García Canal, in both directions, of the “Concession Contract for the Main Waterway” signed on 09/02/21 between the National Government and the General Port Administration State Company. The measure applies to all vessels using the Martín García Canal and sets the discount at sixteen point seven percent (16.7%).
