Resolution 4/2026 of the Secretariat of Transportation (B.O. 01/13/2026) approved the “Regime for the Identification and Traceability of Luggage and Parcels in Passenger Motor Transport,” applicable to motor passenger transport by road carried out for financial compensation within national jurisdiction.
