The National Electricity Regulatory Entity (ENRE) approved, through Resolution 808/2025, the Regulations for the assessment of penalties, calculation of interest, and late payment fees applicable to the public electricity distribution service during the 2025–2030 tariff period, within the framework of the Five-Year Tariff Review (RQT) of EDENOR S.A. and EDESUR S.A.
