Through Resolution 2090/2025, the Ministry of Economy authorized the call for a National and International Multiple Stage Public Tender for the sale of shares in the electricity transmission investment company CITELEC S.A., owned by Energía Argentina Sociedad Anónima (ENARSA), within the framework of the privatization process established by Law 27,742 and Law 23,696.
