Through Resolution 479/2025, the Secretariat of Energy, under the Ministry of Economy, formed the Selection Committee responsible for analyzing and evaluating the backgrounds of applicants to the Open Competition for the appointment of the first Board of Directors of the National Regulatory Agency for Gas and Electricity (ENGyE), created by Article 161 of Law 27,742.
