The Resolution No. 1749/2025 of the Ministry of Economy, published in the Official Gazette on November 6, 2025, approves the Procedure for the “Request for Market Opening for Agro-Industrial Products.”
This procedure will be implemented by the Undersecretariat of Agri-Food Markets and International Integration under the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries of the Ministry of Economy.
The measure aims to make the process of applying for the opening of foreign markets more transparent and unified, and to centralize the management of applications in a single formal channel, which will optimize the technical evaluation of each application, considering criteria of economic, political, and productive interest.
