The Secretariat of Energy, under the Ministry of Economy, established through Resolution 422/2025 the new purchase price of biodiesel intended for mandatory blending with diesel fuel.
The measure was enacted within the framework of Law 27,640, which approved the Regulatory Framework for Biofuels and assigned the Secretariat of Energy the function of setting the marketing prices of biofuels intended for mandatory blending with fossil fuels, ensuring a reasonable return based on production, transportation, and marketing costs.
