Through Resolution 1284/2025 (B.O. 01-09-25), the Ministry of Economy initiated the privatization process of Corredores Viales S.A. under the terms of Decree 97/2025 and Law 27,742, and issued operational instructions for the Secretariat of Transportation and the Temporary Special Executive Unit “Agency for the Transformation of Public Companies”. The scheme provides for the termination by mutual agreement of existing contracts, the call for bids and award of new public works concessions for tolls in accordance with Law 17,520 and, once the concessions have been awarded and finalized, the dissolution and liquidation of the company.
