As part of the process of deregulation and regulatory simplification, on September 5, 2025, the National Securities Commission issued General Resolution No. 1084/2025, which introduces substantial changes to the financial trust regime regulated in Chapter IV of Title V of CNV Regulations N.T. 2013. The object is to streamline the authorization, registration, and enrollment processes by eliminating bureaucratic requirements.
