On August 18, 2025, the Ministry of Justice, through Resolution 536/2025, created the “REGISTRY OF COLLECTIVE MANAGEMENT SOCIETIES FOR COPYRIGHT AND RELATED RIGHTS” under the NATIONAL COPYRIGHT DIRECTORATE of the UNDER-SECRETARIAT FOR REGISTRATION MATTERS of the SECRETARIAT OF JUSTICE, establishing that applications for authorization to collectively manage copyright and related rights must be submitted to the NATIONAL COPYRIGHT DIRECTORATE through the Remote Procedures Platform (T.A.D.).
