This Resolution provides for amendments to the procedures set forth in Resolution 1074/2024 and its amendments, in order to speed up the approval process of requests for amendments or modifications to the list of goods and/or services that may be imported under the exemption of Section 190 of Law 27,742 of an approved RIGI project, submitted within the framework of Sections 82 and 83 of Annex I to Decree 749/2024 by a VPU adhered to the RIGI.
This new regulation introduces a delegation to the secretariats with specific technical competence in the subject matter of the respective RIGI project the power for its approval or rejection.
